Methodology: For clients for whom we handled one or more matters and for whom we had a valid email address we used to send an invitation to take an anonymous client satisfaction survey created using Not every client who could have responded did respond.  We asked respondents to answer the questions using a scale of “Excellent, Very Good, Average and Below Average,”  because anything below “Very Good” fails to meet our firm’s expectations for service to our clients.  Last Updated April, 2017.
