Our Culture

Our attorneys and staff enjoy practicing together in a small, AV rated, firm  with state-of-the-art support that allows us to focus on delivering Results Oriented Legal Solutions.®  Most of our senior attorneys came from large, nationally-recognized law firms or leadership roles of sophisticated corporate legal departments.   While we do recognize honors like an AV rating, law school honors, or  law review leadership as indicia of capability, we also understand that not everyone with the potential to be a valuable member of our team may have earned honors before joining us.  We recognize that there is no one path to success. What we have in common is a desire to provide superior legal service to clients and to work with colleagues who share a commitment to  the highest of our profession's ethical standards.

Lateral Attorneys

We believe that lawyers  should be able to do work that they find fulfilling and have time for the causes, people, and activities that enrich their lives.  While we do not all  share the same interests and passions,  we all share a respect for each other's interests and passions.

For well-qualified attorneys we offer packages that include the flexibility to work how you want while offering the opportunity to take home more of what you earn for the firm.

Well-qualified attorneys are invited to email inquiries with the "Lateral Opportunities"  in the subject line hiring@alderman.com.  All inquiries will be kept in strict confidence.
