Chad Edgar

Mr. Edgar joined our firm in 2017 after years of litigation experience honed at Sidley Austin, LLP a firm recognized internationally for its litigation practice, and a smaller AV-rated firm in New York City.
Chad’s experience includes representation of corporate clients in a broad range of high stakes – high profile cases, litigation, including complex litigation and business fraud. He has also represented many high-profile clients in sensitive matters, including allegations of white-collar criminal fraud.

Mr. Edgar’s written advocacy has gained wide praise. The strength of Mr. Edgar’s written advocacy is based on a lifetime of writing on a professional level, commencing with an award-winning dissertation which he wrote while obtaining his Ph.D. from New York University and continuing with the publication of a scholarly article and the teaching of literature at various institutions, including the University of Wisconsin and New York University.

Mr. Edgar is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association the New Haven County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York County Law Association.
