Prompt Payment via eCheck is Greatly Appreciated: Bills paid in full by eCheck, ACH, or Wire Transfer within 14, may qualify for a discount (Please see your invoice for details). Sorry, prompt payment discount is not available for payments by credit card.
Service Charge for IOLTA Trust Deposits: For all IOLTA trust deposits LawPay imposes a service charge. For eChecks the charge is 1%. For Visa and Mastercard the charge is 2.995%. For American Express the Charge is 3.5%.
Transaction Limitations: Your Bank and/or LawPay, may limit transaction size. For payments in excess of $10,000, we recommend wire transfers.
