Prompt Payment via eCheck, ACH, or Wire Transfer is Greatly Appreciated. Prompt payment via eCheck, ACH, or wire transfer, is always appreciated. Although it does cost us more money, we can accept payment via credit card as well. Payment via eCheck is fast, secure, and easy using LawPay (a leader in secure payment processing for law firms). We also gladly accept ACH payments and wire transfers.
Service Charge for IOLTA Trust Deposits via Credit Card: For trust deposits paid with a credit card, a processing fee is charged by LawPay. Before depositing funds into our IOLTA account via credit card, please speak with the responsible attorney about how the processing fee will be treated.
Transaction Limitations: Your bank and/or LawPay, may limit transaction size. For payments in excess of $9,999.00, we recommend wire transfers.
