Prompt Payment via eCheck is Greatly Appreciated: Bills paid in full within 14 days by eCheck, earn a credit of 5%. (Prompt payment discount is not available for payments by credit card).
Service Charge for IOTLA Trust Deposits: For all IOLTA trust deposits there is a service charge. For eChecks the charge is a flat $10.00 and for credit cards the charge is 3.5%.
Transaction Limitations: Lawpay limits each transactions to $10,000/transaction. For payments above $10,000, we recommend wire transfers.
